RETURN POLICY
Eligibility for Returns
At Edge Goods Warehouse, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy subject to the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Makeup products once opened or used.
- Any clothing item that has been worn, altered, or laundered.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Returning Clothing Items
- Men's and Women's Clothing: Ensure all tags are intact, and the items are in their original condition. Clothing that shows signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.
- Workout and Yoga Clothes: These items should also be returned unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
Returning Watches
- Watches must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. Any sign of wear or damage will void the return eligibility.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return:
- Visit our website and log in to your account.
- Go to the 'Orders' section and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions to print a return label.
- Packaging Your Return:
- Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Include the return form and receipt/proof of purchase.
- Shipping Your Return:
- Attach the printed return label to your package.
- Drop off the package at the nearest shipping location as instructed on the return label.
Store Credit
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will be issued store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item(s).
- Usage: Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card or account credit, which can be used for future purchases at Edge Goods Warehouse. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, include photos. We will arrange for a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you.
